What clients say

And where to check for yourself, rather than taking a website's word for it.

Reviews on your own site are worth something, but not much on their own. The ones that count are the ones you cannot edit, so they are all linked below.

If I have done work for you and it went well, a review genuinely helps a one-person business more than any advertising does. If it did not go well, say so to me first and I will put it right.

Down-to-earth IT help! My home office runs smoothly now, thanks to them. They didn't confuse me with tech stuff and fixed everything at a fair price. Highly recommend!

Accountability

Why a small firm can afford to be straight with you

Nothing to lock you into

No contract, no minimum term and no per-seat licence. You own your domain and your website and they get handed over to whoever you like, whenever you like. A business that keeps clients by making leaving difficult has already told you something.

You are told when you do not need me

If a machine is not worth repairing, or the fix is something you can do yourself in five minutes, that is the answer you get. It earns nothing and it is the whole reason people ring back.

The same person every time

There is no rota and no handover, so nothing gets explained twice and nobody can blame the last engineer. The upside and the limit of that are both on the response times page.

No charge, no obligation

Free health check — find out what is actually wrong

Tell me what is playing up, or send me your web address. You get back one page: what is slow, what is insecure, and what Google cannot see. If the answer is that you do not need me, I will say so.
