Starter and One page are both a single page, so here is the difference. Starter is built from a form you fill in, and that is exactly what keeps it at £150. One page is written for you from a conversation, with sections built round your trade and a second round of changes. If you already know what you want to say, take the Starter.
Not included, on any of them. Photography, logo design, writing a shop's worth of product descriptions, and anything after go-live. Those get quoted separately so they cannot be buried in a price.
One invoice a year. Not a subscription.
Renewals are never a monthly charge. There is no direct debit and nothing to cancel. Once a year an invoice arrives, the same way a domain renewal or an MOT does. If you want to stop, you do not have to do anything except say so.

What happens at renewal. The invoice comes a month early with three plain options: keep it running, change it, or take it away. If you take it away, the files are handed over and the domain is transferred wherever you want it, at no charge. The site and the domain are in your name from day one, so that is not a favour, it is just how it works.
How you pay. Bank transfer, or a card link through a regulated payment provider, named on request. No card details are held here and there is no mandate on your account.

You get a price before anything is touched. If the machine is not worth repairing you get told that, and there is no charge for being told. If a five minute question can be answered on the phone, it gets answered on the phone.

Is there a monthly payment?
No. A website is paid for once. After the first twelve months there is a single invoice a year if you want it kept running, and you are free to say no to it.
Do I own the site?
Yes, from the start. The domain is registered in your name, not in ours. If you leave you take the files and the domain with you, and there is no charge for that.
Is there a call-out charge?
No. There is no call-out charge in Luton, Dunstable, Houghton Regis, Harpenden or Batford. You pay for the time on the job and nothing for the travel.
Is there a minimum charge?
One hour. After that it is billed by the half hour, so a job that takes ninety minutes costs an hour and a half rather than two hours.
Do I get a price before the work starts?
Always, and in writing for anything bigger than an hour. If a job turns out to be worse than it looked, the work stops and you get told before anything else is spent.
What if the machine is not worth repairing?
You get told so, plainly, along with what it would cost to replace it and what it would cost to move your files onto the new one. There is no charge for that conversation.
Is the health check really free?
Yes. It exists so you know what is wrong before you decide whether to spend anything. There is no obligation at the end and no pressure to book work.
Do you charge for phone advice?
Not for a quick question. If it turns into an hour of remote work then it is chargeable, and you will be told that before it does.
Say what the business does. You get a number back.
Not a discovery call and not a proposal deck. A sentence about the business and what you want people to be able to do on it is enough to price it.
