Garden design
A drawn plan you can hold, with levels, materials and a planting list. Yours to keep whether we build it or not.
Garden design, landscaping and maintenance
Design, build and looking after it afterwards, across Luton and the villages. Tell us about the garden in ninety seconds and you will have a proper price, not a "from" figure.
We work a round, so each area gets the same day every visit. Put your postcode in and it will tell you which day is yours.

Ninety seconds
Five questions, a couple of photos if you have them, and you get a brief worth reading rather than "how much for a garden?". We come back the same working day.
Pick the main job. You can tell us the rest at the end.
A guess is fine. We measure it properly on the visit.
This is the question that changes a price most, and the one nobody ever asks until they turn up.
Honest answer: hard landscaping in spring books up by February. Planting is better in autumn anyway.
Budget you have in mind (you pick the band, we never guess it for you)
Two photos from the back door saves a visit and gets you a much closer price.
We need a name to put on the quote.
A number lets us ring about access.
That email address does not look right.

Demo only: nothing was sent and your photos never left this device. On the live site this arrives by WhatsApp and email at the same time, with the photos attached.
What we do
Most of the gardens we look after we built. That is deliberate: it is the only way to know the drainage, the soil and where the cables run.
A drawn plan you can hold, with levels, materials and a planting list. Yours to keep whether we build it or not.
Porcelain, sandstone, block paving and composite decking, laid on a proper base with falls that take water away from the house.
Levelled, prepared and laid, with an honest conversation about whether your garden gets enough sun for turf at all.
Planted for the aspect and the soil you actually have, not the catalogue. Two-year guarantee on anything we plant.
Concrete posts where they make sense, timber where they do not, and trellis or planted screening if you would rather not look at a fence.
Cutting back, reshaping and taking overgrown gardens back to something you can work with. All waste removed under our carrier licence.
Fortnightly or monthly, same day every visit, same person every time. Mowing, edges, borders, weeding and a text when we have been.
Low-voltage garden lighting and automatic watering on a timer, installed while the ground is already open rather than dug up later.
Concrete or paved bases, bin and bike stores built to fit the gap you have, not the one the flat-pack assumes.
Maintenance
Same day, same person, no phoning to arrange each visit. Pay per visit or set up a monthly payment, and stop whenever you like with a month's notice.
On the live site the next tap hands you to Stripe's own payment page to set up the monthly payment. The landscaper never sees or stores your card number, and this demo has no card field in it at all.
Sample prices for a typical Luton back garden, confirmed on the first visit before anything is set up. Bigger gardens and anything with a slope cost more.
Seasonal reminders
Most garden jobs have a right month and a wrong one. Set this once and you get a text when it is the right month, with a link to book.
One text per job, never sold on, stop by replying STOP.

Our work
On the live site this is your own photographs, and it is the section that sells the job. Phone photos of finished work beat anything bought in.
Sample photographs for the demo. The captions and the before-and-after pairs are what a real gallery would carry.
Reviews
Sample copy, shown to demonstrate the section. On the live site this pulls your real Google reviews, which is also what decides whether you appear when somebody asks their phone for a landscaper nearby.
Filled the form in on a Sunday night with two photos and had a price on the Monday. No three-week wait for somebody to come and look at it.Sample review Stopsley
Told me the shady end would never hold turf and planted it instead. Would have taken my money for turf twice by now if they were that way inclined.Sample review Bramingham
Same lad every fortnight, same day, and a text to say he has been. I have stopped thinking about the garden entirely, which is what I was paying for.Sample review Monthly plan customer

Questions
We can trim lightly, but not reshape it. Between March and August birds are likely to be nesting, and it is an offence to damage an active nest. If the hedge needs taking back hard, the right answer is February or September, and we would rather tell you that than take the money and risk it.
No. The site visit and the written price are free. A full drawn design is chargeable, and that cost comes off the build if you go ahead with us.
A typical back garden patio is three to five days, longer if the old one has to come up or levels need changing. We give you the days in the quote and we do not start a second job in the middle of yours.
Yes, and we are registered waste carriers, so you can ask for the licence number. Fly-tipped garden waste traced back to your address is your problem, not the contractor's, which is why it is worth checking with anyone you use.
Yes, subject to the round having room in your area. Put your postcode in at the top and it will tell you which day covers you and when the next visits are.
Anything we plant carries a two-year guarantee provided the watering has been done, and we will tell you honestly if a plant failed because of the position rather than the plant. Then we replace it with something that will cope.
That is all it takes to get a real price rather than a "from" figure.

Hollybank Garden Care does not exist. Everything above is a working demonstration of what a landscaping business's website can do, put together so you can try it rather than take our word for it. Your version carries your name, your prices, your round and your photographs.
Local, independent, and you deal with the person who built it. No agency retainer and no page builder subscription.
The other half of the job is the screen you look at, in the van or at the kitchen table.
