Warm blonde
Foils and a toner. From mid brown expect two or three sessions to get here without wrecking the condition.
Cut · Colour · Luton
A small salon on Guildford Street. Prices published by stylist, colour booked with the allergy test already in the diary, and a text when your regrowth is due.
Nobody should have to guess between a toner and a full head of foils. Answer two things and we will tell you what to book and how long to allow.
Book online
The diary is on this page. Choose a service and you will see only the stylists who do it, with the right length of appointment blocked out. Colour bookings put the allergy alert test in the diary automatically.
Prices are the starting price at stylist level. Longer or thicker hair costs more and we tell you at the consultation, not at the till.
Have you had a colour service with us before?
Every stylist here is qualified to do your service. The level changes the price and how far ahead you need to book, not the standard.
Real availability for the next three weeks. Closed Sundays and Mondays.
Times with your stylist on the selected day
We text you the day before, and that is the only message you get unless you ask for the reminders.
We need a name for the diary.
A mobile lets us text you the day before.
That email address does not look right.
Deposit
You would be handed to Stripe's own payment page for the deposit. The salon never sees or stores your card number, and this demo has no card field in it at all.
Tick the box and we are good to go.

Price list
Nobody should have to ring a salon to find out what a cut costs. These are starting prices, and the only thing that moves them is the length and thickness of your hair, agreed with you at the consultation.
Colour
Going lighter is a journey, not an appointment, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you a bad day. Here is what each of these actually takes.
Foils and a toner. From mid brown expect two or three sessions to get here without wrecking the condition.
The hardest to hold. Needs a gloss every six to eight weeks or it goes brassy, and we will say so before you commit.
The most fun and the fastest to fade. Colour-safe shampoo is not an upsell here, it is the difference between six weeks and three.
The most forgiving, and the one to book on a regular cycle. Root tint every four to six weeks keeps it looking deliberate.
Your Instagram grid lives here. On the live site this is your own work, pulled in automatically so it updates when you post. Deliberately left as a frame in the demo rather than filled with stock photographs of somebody else's hair.
The team
A graduate stylist is not a trainee, and a director is not better at cutting hair. The level reflects experience and how far ahead the diary fills, and it is why the price list has four columns.

Rebooking
The gap between appointments is what decides whether a salon is busy. Most people do not leave because they were unhappy, they leave because six weeks turned into fourteen and by then they had been somewhere else.
One message per event, never sold on, stop by replying STOP.

Gift vouchers
Which is exactly when a salon is shut and nobody is answering the phone. Vouchers sold online arrive by email in seconds, and the money is in the account before Christmas.
Amount
On the live site the next tap hands you to Stripe and the voucher email goes out immediately with a code the till recognises. No card field anywhere on the salon's own site.
Valid twelve months, redeemable against anything on the price list, and the code is single use. Sample voucher for the demo, nothing is charged.

Reviews
Sample copy, shown to demonstrate the section. On the live site this pulls your real Google reviews, which is also what decides whether you turn up when somebody searches for a hairdresser near them.
Booked a full head of foils at midnight and the skin test appointment came up in the same confirmation. I did not know that was a thing you had to have.Sample review First-time client
Told me straight that going platinum in one go would break my hair and gave me a plan over three appointments instead. Cost me less than the salon that said yes.Sample review Colour client
The text five weeks later is the only reason I still look tidy. I would absolutely have left it three months otherwise.Sample review Regular, every five weeks

Questions
It is a dab of colour behind the ear, it takes five minutes and it is free. You need one at least 48 hours before your first colour with us, and again if it has been more than six months. It is not us being awkward: reactions to hair dye can be severe, and no insurer will cover a colour service without a test on record. Book the colour and the site puts the test in the diary for you automatically.
Almost certainly not, and anyone who says yes is risking your hair. Lifting dark colour safely usually takes two or three sessions six to eight weeks apart. We will show you what is achievable this time and what the plan looks like, and quote both.
Refunded in full with 48 hours' notice, and you can move the appointment yourself from the link in your confirmation. Inside 48 hours we keep it, because a three hour colour slot cannot be filled at short notice. That is the whole reason the deposit exists.
Yes, and please tell us. Box dye is often darker and more stubborn than salon colour and it can react unpredictably with lightener. It does not stop us, it just changes the plan, and we would much rather know before we start than halfway through.
Yes. Priya cuts curly hair dry and in its natural shape. Say so when you book and we will allow the extra time rather than rushing it.
The Church Street car park is two minutes away and free after 6pm, which is worth knowing if you take a Thursday evening appointment.
The diary is on this page and it takes about ninety seconds.

Rowan & Ash does not exist. Everything above is a working demonstration of what a salon's website can do, put together so you can try it rather than take our word for it. Your version carries your name, your team, your prices and your own photographs.
Local, independent, and you deal with the person who built it. No agency retainer and no page builder subscription.
The other half of the job is the screen behind the desk, and on the stylists' phones.
